In addition, The Royal Chateau custom residence features a 10,000 sq. ft main house with vaulted and coffered ceilings, custom millwork, crown molding, and designer finishes throughout. Including a 600-bottle wine cellar, a 7-car garage, an in-home theater, and a formal dining area. Guests at The Royal Chateau can stay in one of the two guest houses on the property and have access to the basketball court, outdoor entertainment space, luxury pool, and numerous other amenities.
