There are a few different points in the process where you could be starting. Whether you have purchased land for a new construction build or are looking to remodel your current home, we will help you every step of the way.

Initial Start:

At the beginning of our process, we initially meet with our clients to review their luxury custom home goals. Prior to the meeting, our team has a questionnaire that clients fill out to go further in-depth regarding clients’ dreams so that we know about your family’s needs. The more we know about your likes and dislikes, the better! At this point in the process, you may have an architect you have chosen to work with or are working with our in-house team of architects for the design of your home. Whichever option it might be, our luxury builders will be there through every step to ensure that our clients wishes come true.

Construction is an integral part of designing your custom home; however, so are your luxury home’s interior design and details! Just like in the initial steps, if you have already hired an interior design firm or choose to work with our in-house team, we will work with the firm to ensure every part of the design process follows precisely what you dream. At this point in the process, our team of Arizona home builders understands the importance of keeping the project within budget. We will provide you with a detailed budget taking full advantage of reduced costs all while maintaining the highest quality of standards by our luxury builders. During the custom luxury build process of your luxury home, our team will be on-site daily to ensure the quality of your custom-designed home.

Celebrating your new custom designed home:

Timing is everything! While we aim to keep all projects on track, we will never sacrifice quality. As Arizona’s premier luxury build firm, we keep a close eye on timing and budget to ensure that your new home is move-in ready for you and your family. Once your luxury custom home is complete, we will take you on an orientation of your new home; this will allow you to know the ins and outs of the custom designed home, including which light switch turns which fixture on. Or how to turn on the audio system! This is not the end of our journey together, but just the beginning.
