Stay on Track With Timely Payments

We recommend that invoices be settled within five days of receipt to prevent any disruptions in progress. Timely payments ensure materials are ordered, schedules are maintained, and construction flows seamlessly, ultimately helping you move into your dream home on time and on budget.

Before we break ground, we take the time to ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered. Our pre-construction meetings are designed to review timelines, budgets, and design features while giving you the opportunity to meet with your build team, architects, and interior designers.

Review and Approve Change Orders
During any luxury home build, it’s natural for ideas and inspiration to evolve. Perhaps you want to add a wine room, expand a closet, or upgrade flooring materials. These enhancements, while exciting, often require a change order.
At Fratantoni Luxury Estates, we’ll always provide you with a detailed proposal for any requested change before we move forward. Your responsibility? Review the change order, ask questions if needed, and sign off on the scope and cost. This ensures clarity for everyone involved and protects your investment.
Stay Connected During Business Hours
Great design and construction rely on open, efficient communication. To best serve you, we ask that communications take place during our standard business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
This allows our project managers and coordinators to address your questions promptly, implement updates effectively, and keep all team members aligned. Respecting the structured communication window supports a professional, streamlined process for all parties involved.
