However, some of our favorite projects such as The Royal Chateau , are renovation projects!  Our home renovation/ remodeling process is similar to that of a new build with some slight variations. The first step in this process is for our team to set up an initial meeting to get to know you as a person, and family. Such as your style, hopes, and requirements to re-design your dream home. Each home remodeling project is different and we completely tailor it to your family’s unique lifestyle. 

 

Next, we will thoroughly explore which elements of the home are going to stay, and which our expert remodeling contractors will renovate. Thus, making sure to emphasize the home’s best features and altering those that could be better.  Although we have no control over what was originally incorporated into a home, we do have total say over every facet of what goes into a home’s renovation. Bringing properties back to life from a formerly outdated state is what we’re all about and our team is never lacking in fresh inspiration. Remodeling Process

Approval is essential

After we’ve gained a thorough understanding of our client’s vision, hopes, and inspiration, we will begin to draw custom home renovation plans! Thus designing plans that will bring your home from dull to breathtaking. This is where designs come together from pen to paper and illustrate in 3D, to display what the remodel will achieve. For instance, rooms that we see go through renovation are kitchens, bedrooms, and entryways. Often, clients will choose to remodel the whole home in a way to change the style of the home. There are many design styles to choose from and endless ways to incorporate existing architecture. At Fratantoni Luxury Estates, we love our work and it shows, especially at this stage where our builders’ creativity is on display.

Finally, after the family has put a stamp of approval on every detail of their home’s renovation, we submit the plans to all appropriate agencies. At every step of the remodeling/renovation process, our luxury build team is involved to ensure the quality of work is being accomplished by our team and trades. Consistency and check-ins ensure that the remodeling process runs smoothly.
