Paradise Valley Renovation

As custom luxury home builders in Arizona, we often have clients who come to us to renovate their homes. There are a number of reasons they want to renovate their home, including they need more space, want to improve the floor plan, or want to give their home a fresh style change. One of our most recent renovation projects in Paradise Valley, Arizona, was just that! Our client’s vision was to take their home from a Santa Barbara style, with a Southwestern European accent, and transform the space to be more modernized and brighter using neutral tones. 

First, one important aspect of the project was to continue to keep the integrity of the home while curating existing and new architectural features to personalize the space. Throughout the home, arches and curves, stone, and dark wood features could be found. Architecture meets lifestyle in this gorgeous Paradise Valley Renovation project. 

People often say the kitchen is the heart of the home, and our team of luxury home builders agree! One main part of the home renovation was the kitchen. Previously, the kitchen had a large brick pizza oven as the focal point. Custom mosaic tiles were carefully placed, above a dual oven, and the stove was tucked away. An oversized island was centered in the kitchen with seating for members of the family and/or guests to enjoy a meal or an additional workspace. 

Furthermore, our Arizona custom home builders brought our client’s vision to life, to transform the space with modern features, and neutral tones. While in conjunction with functionality and accessibility in mind! Opening up the space and thinking about functionality, the brick oven wall was replaced with a custom brass range and hood. Thus, our clients knew they would benefit from the use of more counter space, double ovens, and hidden warming drawers. For easy accessibility while cooking, a sink and faucet were added adjacent to the hood and range, and incorporated into the new slab countertop. Both the cabinets and wood flooring are black with brass accents that add a pop of color to the room.

Dark features complement the slab countertop and brass hardware throughout the kitchen. Transitioning from the main cabinets, the back counter has luxurious white cabinets with brass hardware. To add additional prep space to the kitchen, there is a farmhouse sink.
