Last month we shared the Paradise Valley Renovation project. This month, we present to you the Modern Desert Oasis home, a custom new build located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Modern Desert Oasis home was completed in 2023, with luxury finishes and modern elements throughout.

Key characteristics of this home include an open-concept layout allowing for flow and functional space use. The second you walk through the door, a custom tile floor design with touches of black and gold is lit up by the natural light pouring in from the large windows. While viewing the home, you will notice clean lines and a neutral color palette.

Elevated Outdoor Living Space:

Another key feature of this gorgeous estate is the elevated outdoor living space. Living in Arizona means having beautiful weather year-round! On the second floor, the entertainment space has an automatic sliding glass door that opens fully and slides into the wall, so our clients can enjoy both the indoor and outdoor living space. On the main floor, double doors open from the living room to the outdoor living space. This backyard oasis is perfect for entertaining friends and family. A large lap pool with a built-in spa is the focal point of the yard. Our clients can enjoy their backyard while watching their favorite show or a local Arizona sports game, all while cooking at their state-of-the-art backyard barbecue.

The honest answer is that there is no universal timeline for a fully custom luxury home. Every estate we design and build is entirely unique.
