We recently finished a stunning French Villa in Scottsdale, Arizona and are so excited to start sharing some of the interior shots with you! With it being the holidays we thought we would start with the elegantly decorated kitchen!
This client wanted their kitchen to reflect their lifestyle. Since they have a large Italian family and its growing, they wanted it to be able to accommodate all their cooking needs while providing plenty of space for gatherings.
From the unique material such as using both Taj Mahal polished and leather countertop, to the shinning zinc hood, to the furniture like islands- the details are endless!
The ceiling detail warms the space while giving it an authentic French feeling. The exquisite lighting above the islands adds character to the space while setting the mood.
The intricate carving on the center island mimics the tile design on the backsplash bringing the design together.
Having the backsplash in a neutral color is subtle to the eye while still adding pattern and texture to the wall. The idea was to have a simple yet elegant backsplash that would allow the custom zinc hood to be a focal point.
