If you are familiar with Fratantoni Luxury Estates social media, you would see that we love to send out progress updates on how new builds and remodels are going. Posting updates allows for people to see the “during” part of the process while a lot of the time, only before and afters are shown. You can go from before to after, but during remodels and new builds, we like to show exactly how our team is creating a masterpiece! Here are some updates on a local project consisting of a full interior remodel.
Below you will see a current picture of the kitchen and living area. Our clients wanted the whole interior of the home renovated, with the removal of specifics such as the brick wall previously located on the left wall, as well as fixtures not pictured. One goal for the home was to open the space and make it more bright for entertaining family and guests. With the goal in mind to have space for entertainment, an oversized island will be in the center of the kitchen for lots of seating. Along with the island seating, a breakfast nook and coffee bar are paired together next to a set of doors leading to the outdoor entertainment space. Perfect for opening the doors in the morning for a cup of coffee, or access during the evening to watch the stars. Fratantoni Luxury Estates and Fratantoni Interior Designers are working together on this remodel to create the perfect dream home for our clients.
Pictured below is a powder room located just off the kitchen and living room. This powder room will be used by guests and the goal is to incorporate finishes used in the kitchen and living room, to flow into the powder room as well. There will be brass finishes, along with decorative walls that we cannot wait to share! All rooms will allow for more natural light, brightening up the home with a traditional style and still a luxury feel.
