As we start a new year, we want to reflect back on 2021. Here at Fratantoni Luxury Estates, we ended 2021 with gratitude for the support that we have received over the year. We cannot say THANK YOU enough, to our teams, clients, trades, and everyone involved in making custom luxury home dreams come true. 2022 will be full of new designs, builds, and planning, and we cannot wait. We are ready to make your ideas come to life!
Completed Projects:
The Castle on the Hill, a full-service Fratantoni masterpiece, custom luxury home, sold for $21.5 in 2021. With incredible views overseeing the Scottsdale airport runway, city night lights, and gorgeous mountain terrain, the Castle on the Hill was the second-highest residential sale in the state of Arizona. A true entertainer’s dream home!

Currently, our team is working hard on a number of homes locally, and nationally.
