The first step in our process is the most important. We dedicate our time and energy to get to know you and your family to discuss your needs, your lifestyle, your habits and your desires, all of which are essential to understanding what you are searching for in a new home.

Architects

At Fratantoni Luxury Estates, we will work with you to find the right architect or you can use our in-house architects and we can save you time and money!

Interior Design

Fratantoni Interior Designers is our in-house firm that takes care of all your interior design needs. However if you have your own interior designer we will get them involved with our build team throughout the entire process in order to ensure we are creating a home which parallels your vision.
