At Fratantoni Luxury Estates, we believe that a new home is only as strong as the community it's located within. Our founders, Sam and Josie Fratantoni, proudly dedicate their time and efforts into helping these worthwhile organizations, and have instilled in their children the drive and the dedication to become more involved in their local community.

Both Sam and Josie Fratantoni proudly serve as Board Members for the MD Anderson Cancer Center and, starting in 2011, Josie Fratantoni will begin her term as the Chairperson for the Banner Alzheimer's Institute.
